We had our Pandora camper pro alarm fitted to our motorhome in August 2025. Jason the owner of Securestart had our vehicle in for a full day. As he fitted it in his workshop some of the settings were not accurate as when we were away the gusts of winds can play havoc with the settings. This was not a problem however as we were able to send Jason pictures from the Pandora app via WhatsApp and only a few minutes later Jason recommended the necessary setting adjustments required which we were again able to control very easily through the app. One recurring problem we had was the internal sensor as it simply refused to stop going off. A great benefit of the pro is that it can be disarmed or settings changed anywhere providing we had internet connection. We simply turned this individual sensor off leaving the vehicle fully externally alarmed. Jason did try to resolve this problem for us whilst we were away and in the end he asked us to return to his business premises where it was found to be faulty and a new replacement was fitted. As the vehicle was new to us (it’s actually 10 years old) and had two TVs installed Jason spent time explaining the different global tv connections available, he is indeed a technical wizard! We are very pleased with our camper pro alarm and Jason’s professionalism has been superb throughout. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed with this product.
